In my opinion, the magic is most ALWAYS in the sauce.
I put a lot of thought and testing into my sauce recipes because they’re often what makes or breaks a recipe.
The sauces listed here are made in roughly 5 minutes flat. Whether it’s blitzing in a blender or mixing in a bowl, they couldn’t be easier.
They’re also super versatile and an easy way to elevate roasted veggies, grilled proteins, tacos, and grain bowls.

Prep one or two of them this week to effortlessly add flavor and dimension to otherwise monotone meals.
They will all last 1 to 2 weeks in the refrigerator and can be easily be double-batched.

A mix of tahini, chili-garlic sauce, cider vinegar, and bold spices, this sauce will make you glow from the inside out.

A sweet, smoky, garlicky red pepper sauce that comes together in 5 minutes in the blender. In lieu of adding raw nuts, I love using almond butter for extra creaminess.

This is all my all-time FAVORITE peanut sauce. It’s the perfect of sweetness and spice, and brimming with bold flavors. We make this sauce at least once per week.

This green sauce gets an herbaceous lift from cilantro and bright finish from lemon. A hit of garlic and cumin make for a more dynamic dressing with endless drizzling potential.
Best Uses:

Creamy Garlic Sauce
This lemony cashew-garlic sauce is dairy-free/vegan, and made with cashew butter for unctuous creaminess. (Bonus: no blender or food processor needed!)
