  • Preheat oven to 450ºF. Trim and slice Brussels sprouts in half, discarding any discolored or damaged leaves.
  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic, honey, adobo, and salt; mix to combine. Add Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
    Empty Brussels sprouts onto a large rimmed baking and arrange cut side-down, avoiding any overlap. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the pan once midway through, until tender and crisp.

Notes

  • Serve alongside salmon, roasted chicken, burgers, steak, etc.!
