Copycat Chipotle Vinaigrette
Homemade Chipotle Vinaigrette
tastes just like the original, but made with
better-for-you
ingredients. Prep a batch of this chipotle honey vinaigrette to enjoy over burrito bowls, salads, and more.

Ingredients

avocado oil
(or grapeseed oil)

red wine vinegar

honey

chipotle chili pepper*
(from a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce)

garlic clove

dried oregano

tsp.
ground cumin
1/2
tsp.
kosher salt

black pepper
Instructions
Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender or immersion blender cup. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
Use immediately on burrito bowls, tacos, or salads, or refrigerate and enjoy for up to
2 weeks
.
Notes
*As written, the dressing is a tad spicy. If you’re sensitive to spice, only use half of a chipotle chili pepper.
