  • (#ad) Spent the afternoon in the mountains unplugging and feeling a much-needed mental shift after a hectic few weeks. Having nothing to focus on but the scenic views and stillness of nature always helps me recalibrate. (There's no glorifying the hustle out here🙌🏻) Paying gratitude to nature supports my mental wellbeing, and being equipped with ample snacks means I can spend more time soaking up the mountain air.
